Job Opportunity Onshore
We are searching for dynamic, qualified and highly motivated personnel to be a part of our team, with the following available positions:
Marine superintendent
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations especially HSE and Operational aspect such as Integrated Safety Program (ISP), Internal Audit, Navigation Audit, External Audit, vessel documentations, and compliance to Company SMS, safety procedures and safety cultures on board.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Deck/Engine Officer Class III or Diploma in any related major.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years as Deck/Engine Officer on board vessel.
Competencies:
- Understanding of vessel operations and navigation.
- Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulations.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety procedures and cultures.
- Familiarity with Integrated Safety Programs (ISP) and Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Experience in conducting vessel inspections (OVID) and audits.
- Ability to manage and close out findings from internal and external audits in a timely manner.
- Ability to coordinate with operational teams and ensure compliance with charter party terms and conditions.
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible for managing all technical aspects of assigned vessels.
Qualifications:
- Engineer Officer Class II or a Diploma in any related major.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience or 2 years as Engine Officer on board vessel.
Competencies:
- Proficiency in planning and managing vessel maintenance and repair programs to ensure vessels are safe and seaworthy.
- Providing technical support and assistance to vessel crews and technical personnel for maintenance and repair activities.
- Conducting routine inspections and checks on equipment, machinery, and systems to identify and report issues or anomalies.
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining a Safety Management System (SMS) for the company's vessels. Focusing on safety and sustainable operations.
