After establishing the Company's position as a reputable offshore services provider in Indonesia, the Company expanded its operations to greater Southeast Asia and eventually globally. Journey of Strength and Excellence

The Beginning

1970

Obtained one of nine offshore shipping licences awarded in Indonesia.

1980

Transporting logs for the timber industry.

Transition to Offshore

1992

Obtained  first oil and gas contract with international oil company, Virginia Oil Company.

1997

First major tender won from Caltex (Chevron).

1998

Delivered first tanker, 1500 DWT Satria Satu to Pertamina.

Public Listing and Expansion of Fleet

2010

Initial public offering on the IDX.

2010

Pioneered the first 4 units of Platform Supply Vessels in the Indonesian flag and purchased a fleet of 8000 BHP AHTS.

2011

The first Indonesian shipping company to be awarded Integrated Management System Certification by LRQA comprising quality, environmental and occupational health and safety standards.

2012

Strategic alliance with PACC Offshore Service Holding Group, Singapore.

2014

Acquired a 51% stake in PT Fast Offshore Indonesia.

2014

IFC - member of World Bank Group became a shareholder of PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk.

Expansion in Geographical Coverage and Services

2014~

Extended operations beyond South East Asia, to the greater Asian region, Australia, Africa and the Middle East.

2018

Expanded services with DP2 vessels to support Geophysical and Geotechnical surveys, also served the telecommunications sector through ROV services (inspections, observation tasks) for laying optical cables.

2019

First Indonesian company to be certified to become a signatory of the Brunei Integrity Pact.

2020

Expand scope of work to support installation of unipiles for offshore windfarms.

Strengthening of Balance Sheet and Fleet Rejuvenation

2021

Reduced gearing through sale of older vessels and repayment of debt.

2022

Acquired 6 mid to high tier vessels to reach a fleet size of 41 by end of 2022.
